Project pricing shown by the deterministic pricing engine is a preliminary estimate, not a binding quote — contractor bids are the authoritative price. Permit guidance must be independently verified with the actual local jurisdiction before you rely on it. Kasa AI never posts, sends messages, or takes an account action on your behalf without your explicit confirmation.

Businesses / contractors

Businesses listed on KasaTool are independent third parties, not KasaTool employees. “Identity verified” reflects an admin’s review of information/documents the Business submitted — it is not a guarantee of workmanship, licensing validity, insurance coverage, or project outcome. Reviews reflect a real KasaTool project relationship (verified) but are not a KasaTool endorsement of the Business.

Insurance

The KasaTool insurance quote center routes your request internally to KasaTool staff, who may enter a real quote. A quote is not a bound policy, and coverage is not active until an actual policy is issued through the applicable channel. No premium is final until a formal quote/binder says so. KasaTool does not currently connect to a live insurance carrier or comparative rater.
